| 摘 要： | 目的⑶通过分析附睾结核的声像图表现⒙提高对附睾结核声像图的认识及超声诊断准确率⒚方法⑶用高频超声对经手术病理证实的 ４ ９ 例附睾结核用直接方法进行探查⒚结果⑶５７１％ ⒉２８／ ４９⒕的附睾结核位于附睾尾部⒙３０６％ ⒉１５／４９ ⒕位于附睾头部⒙青壮年多见⒙声像图具一定特征性⒙同时结合临床⒙在治疗过程中密切随访⒙可以提高超声诊断准确率⒚结论⑶超声检查可以作为附睾结核诊断的首选检查方法⒚

| Abstract: | Objective:To raise the accurate ultrasonic diagnosis rate for epididymal tuberculus epididymitis.Methods:Fouty nine patients with epididymal tuberculosis detected by ultrasonography,finally proved by operation and pathology.Results:75 1%(28/49)cases located at the tail of epididymis and 30 6%(15/49)at the head.Some ultrasonography features were recoznized.Conclusion:Ultrasound might be the choice for diagnosis of epididymal tuberculosis. |
