| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药蒸敷配合推拿疗法治疗神经根性颈椎病疗效。方法:选门诊病例86例随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药热敷和推拿手法治疗相配合,对照组单用推拿手法治疗。结果:治疗组46例,有效率为91.3%,对照组40例有效率为72.5%。结论:中药蒸敷配合推拿疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective: to observe the effect of parboil and manipulative therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method: 86 cases of outpatient were randomly divided into Chinese medicine chliasma combined manipulation maneuver group and manipulation maneuver group. Results: the effective power was 91.3% in the treatment and 72.5% in the control. Conclusion: the parboiling with Chinese medicine and manipulative therapy had good effect to treat cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. |
