慢性紧张型头痛风痰候中医综合治疗方案的卫生经济学评价

目的：评价一般治疗、针刺治疗、中药治疗和综合治疗方案治疗慢性紧张型头痛（CTTH）风痰候患者成本-效果方面的差异。方法：采用析因设计,将80例CTTH随机平均分组,分别给予一般治疗、中药＋一般治疗、针刺＋一般治疗和中药＋针刺＋一般治疗,共观察28 d,治疗结束后进行成本-效果分析及敏感度分析。结果：成本-效果分析显示,每取得1%的有效率,以上四组分别需成本7.80、9.80、19.97元和18.73元;与一般治疗组相比,后三组每多增加1%的有效率需增加的费用分别为38.40、12.88、33.66元;敏感度分析表明成本-效果分析的结果稳定可靠。结论：综合治疗方案花费较少,但是起效更快、有效率更高,在经济条件允许的情况下,少量的增加投入能获得更多的收益。

Health economics evaluation in comprehensive therapy in the treatment of chronic tension-type headache of feng-tan type

Objective：To observe the differences in cost-effectiveness between the non-medicine therapy,acupuncture treatment,Traditional Chinese Medicine and comprehensive therapy in the treatment of chronic tension-type headache（CTTH） of feng-tan type.Methods：With factorial design,80 patients with tension-type headache of feng-tan type were randomly divided into non-medicine therapy group（n=20）,acupuncture treatment group（n=20）,Traditional Chinese Medicine group（n=20） and comprehensive therapy group using both acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine（n=20）.Cost-effectiveness and sensitivity analysis were observed being after treated for twenty-eight days.Results：Respectively,four groups need 7.80,9.80,19.97 yuan and 18.73 yuan to obtain 1% availability;compared with non-medicine therapy group,the other three groups need 38.40,12.88,33.66 yuan to increase 1% availability,respectively;the sensitive analysis suggested the results of cost-effectiveness analysis were stable and reliable.Conclusion：The cost of comprehensive therapy group approximates that of acupuncture treatment group which cost least,but the former has a rapider onset and higher availability.A slight increase in investment could obtain more revenue.
