摘    要:目的 利用虚拟人数据资料借助医学三维重建软件快速重建包含下颌牙列的人体下颌骨三维模型,为数字化虚拟人体作出技术探讨.方法 选择合适的尸体标本,经固定、动脉灌注、包埋、数据采集后获得虚拟人数据集,按照不同数据格式保存虚拟人切片图像数据.为今后不同规模的人体解剖结构重建目的 作准备.取虚拟人切片数据图像中下颌骨切片部分图像共计280张经二维图像处理软件去噪、描边后导入专用医学三维重建软件进行下颌骨的三维重建,生成的下颌骨三维模型经表面光滑处理后进行渲染.结果 利用虚拟人的数据得到了包含牙列的下颌骨精细的三维模型,在三维方向上真实地再现了下颌骨的解剖形态.结论 利用中国数字化可视人体图像能建立准确的下颌骨三维模型.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To construct a three-dimensional (3D) model of the mandible containing the teeth based on the Virtual Chinese Human Data. METHODS: From the previously established Virtual Chinese Human Dataset, 280 consecutive images containing the mandibular region were taken as a source data for reconstruction of the 3D mandible model. The Photoshop software was adopted for 2D image processing, and a special medical reconstruction software was used for the 3D reconstruction of the mandible model, followed by software-based smoothing and rendering of the model. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A 3D model of the mandible was successfully reconstructed, which allows a clear 3D observation of the anatomy of the mandible.
