摘    要:目的在"互联网+"时代背景下,研究微课组织模式以及在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法通过建立微信数据平台,并让护生在教学中进行微课视频的录制实践,建立一套完整的微课互动良性教学模式,让护生参与教学全过程,增强了教学实操效果。选取大连医科大学附属第二医院实习护士60人随机分成两组,实验组和对照组,各30人。实验组采用新型微课教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学模式,最终通过考核的方法对教学效果进行评价,比较两组教学模式的差异。结果研究团队建成了一套微信教学模式和体系,通过教学成果考察得到,实验组考试成绩及综合能力考评结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论微课教学凸显了学生在教学中的参与性,与传统模式相比提升了教学效果,是一种值得推广的教学方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the organizational model of micro-course and its application in clinical nursing teaching under the background of"Internet+".Methods Through the establishment of WeChat data platform and the recording practice of micro-class video in teaching,a set of integrated micro-class interactive benign teaching mode was established to enable nursing students to participate in the whole teaching process,which enhanced the teaching practice effect.A total of 60 nurses were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases of each group.The experimental group adopted the new micro-course teaching mode,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Finally,the teaching effect was evaluated by means of assessment.The differences between the two groups were compared.Results The research team established a set of WeChat teaching model and system.Through the investigation of teaching results,the test scores and comprehensive ability evaluation results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Micro-class teaching highlights the participation of students in teaching,improves the teaching effect compared with the traditional model,and is a teaching method worth promoting.
