普瑞巴林联合塞来昔布治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者术后疼痛的效果

目的研究普瑞巴林联合塞来昔布治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者术后疼痛的效果。方法纳入2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的LDH术后疼痛患者90例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组于术前3 d至术后14 d给予塞来昔布治疗,观察组在对照组基础上于术前3 d至术后14 d给予普瑞巴林治疗。比较两组术后3个月的治疗优良率,术前及术后1、3个月的VAS和腰痛ODI评分。结果术后3个月,观察组的治疗优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前及术后3个月,两组患者的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组患者ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3个月,观察组ODI评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合塞来昔布能够有效降低LDH患者术后疼痛评分及ODI评分,安全性好,有利于促进患者的早期康复,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of pregabalin combined with celecoxib on postoperative pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation

Objective To study the effect of pregabalin combined with celecoxib on postoperative pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods Ninety patients with LDH postoperative pain admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with celecoxib from 3 days before operation to 14 days after operation, and the observation group was treated with pregabalin from 3 days before operation to 14 days after operation on the basis of the control group. The excellent and good rate of treatment at 3 months after operation, the VAS score and ODI score of lumbago before and 1, 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results At 3 months after operation, the excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). There were no significant differences in VAS score between the two groups before and 3 months after the operation(P>0.05);at 1 month after operation, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Before operation, there was no significant difference in ODI score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 1, 3 months after operation, the ODI score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P>0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin combined with celecoxib can effectively reduce the postoperative pain score and ODI score in patients with LDH, it is safe and helpful to promote the early rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
