加速康复外科在胆道闭锁患儿腹腔镜手术护理中的应用

目的探讨加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)应用于胆道闭锁患儿腹腔镜手术的护理效果。方法选择2016年5月至2017年5月广西医科大学第一附属医院住院行腹腔镜手术的胆道闭锁患儿80例,随机分为对照组和实验组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用ERAS护理。比较两组术后进食、肛门排便时间及并发症发生情况。结果两组患儿术后进食时间、肛门排便时间及住院时间、费用比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后并发症发生情况(除腹胀外)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用ERAS护理腹腔镜手术胆道闭锁患儿效果良好,明显缩短患儿术后住院时间,降低住院费用,加快了手术患儿的康复。

Application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic surgical nursing of children with biliary atresia

Objective To explore the nursing effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in laparoscopic surgery for children with biliary atresia.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,80 children with biliary atresia admitted to the hospital for laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,40 cases each.Conventional nursing was used in the control group and ERAS nursing was used in the experimental group.Postoperative feeding,anal defecation time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in postoperative feeding time,anal defecation time,hospital stay and cost between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications(except abdominal distension)(P>0.05).Conclusions The nursing effect of ERAS on children with laparoscopic biliary atresia is good,which significantly shortens the postoperative hospitalization time,reduces the hospitalization cost,and accelerates the recovery of the children.
