清气化痰汤加减治疗老年COPD急性加重期并2型呼吸衰竭的效果

目的探讨清气化痰汤加减治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期并2型呼吸衰竭的效果。方法将88例老年COPD急性加重期并2型呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组与研究组,每组44例。对照组予以常规治疗,研究组予以常规治疗+清气化痰汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组T、WA、WA%、中医症状评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清气化痰汤加减治疗老年COPD急性加重期并2型呼吸衰竭,可抑制气道重塑,改善临床症状,提高疗效。

Effect of modified Qingqi Huatan decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and type 2 respiratory failure

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Qingqi Huatan decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and type 2 respiratory failure. Methods Eightyeight elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and type 2 respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the study group was given routine treatment+modified Qingqi Huatan decoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, T, WA, WA% and TCM symptoms scores of the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The modified Qingqi Huatan decoction in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and type 2 respiratory failure can inhibit airway remodeling, improve clinical symptoms and enhance curative effect.
