思维导图+多媒体健康教育在胶囊内镜肠道准备中的应用

目的探讨思维导图+多媒体健康教育在胶囊内镜检查患者肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年6月韶关市第一人民医院行胶囊内镜检查患者90例,按随机数字表法分对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用传统健康教育方式,观察组采用思维导图+多媒体健康教育方式,比较两组患者的肠道准备质量和健康教育效果。结果观察组小肠黏膜观察满意度评分、肠道准备知识知晓情况得分、医患满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的胶囊胃转运时间、小肠转运时间、需要医疗干预例数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用思维导图+多媒体对胶囊内镜检查患者进行健康教育,能显著提高肠道准备质量,提高微小病变的诊出率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Effect of mind mapping combined with multimedia health education in preparation of capsule endoscope

Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping combined with multimedia health education in the preparation of intestinal tract for capsule endoscopy.Methods From March 2016 to June 2018,90 patients underwent capsule endoscopy in the First People's Hospital of Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases each.The control group adopted traditional health education,while the observation group adopted mind mapping combined with multimedia health education.The quality of intestinal preparation and the effect of health education were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction score of intestinal mucosa observation,knowledge of intestinal preparation and doctor-patient satisfaction score of the observation group were all higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The capsule stomach transport time,small intestine transport time and the number of cases requiring medical intervention in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of mind mapping combined with multimedia in the health education of capsule endoscopy patients can significantly improve the quality of intestinal preparation,improve the detection rate of minor lesions,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
