内置式卫生棉条联合水胶体敷料在预防颈脊髓损伤后失禁性皮炎中的应用

目的分析内置式卫生棉条联合水胶体敷料在预防颈脊髓损伤后失禁性皮炎中的应用。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月广元市中心医院收治的176例颈脊髓损伤患者,按电脑数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组,各88例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施内置式卫生棉条联合水胶体敷料干预。对比分析两组失禁性皮炎发生情况、失禁性皮炎护理情况及肛周皮肤状况。结果护理后,实验组失禁性皮炎发生率低于对照组,并且实验组各级失禁性皮炎愈合时间、清洗次数均优于对照组,肛周皮肤状况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内置式卫生棉条联合水胶体敷料有助于预防颈脊髓损伤后失禁性皮炎的出现,同时提升护理质量,改善患者肛周皮肤状况。

Application of built-in sanitary napk combined with water gel dressing in preventing incontinence-associated dermatitis after cervical spinal cord injury

Objective To analyze the application of built-in tampon and hydrocolloid dressings in preventing incontinence-associated dermatitis after cervical spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 176 patients with cervical spinal cord injury admitted to Guangyuan Central Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the numerical table method,with 88 cases each.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received intervention with built-in tampons and hydrocolloid dressings.The occurrence,nursing and perianal skin condition of incontinence dermatitis in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the incidence of incontinence dermatitis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the healing time and cleaning times of incontinence dermatitis in the experimental group at all levels were better than that in the control group,and the skin condition around the anus was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Built-in tampons combined with hydrocolloid dressings can help prevent the occurrence of incontinence dermatitis after cervical spinal cord injury,improve the quality of care and improve perianal skin condition.
