农村育龄妇女个性及其与生殖健康态度的关系

目的:了解农村已婚育龄妇女生殖健康相关态度,并探讨其与个性之间的关系。方法:运用IPIP-NEO简约版修改形成的成人个性量表,采用横断面研究的方法,根据分级抽样的原则抽取1 398名农村已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查,获取有效问卷1 221份,应答率为87.3%。结果:调查对象外向性和谨慎性维度平均得分较高(>70),神经质和开放性维度平均得分较低(<55)。她们对高危行为的否定态度与外向性和开放性维度得分呈负相关(r=-0.063和-0.092,P<0.01),与谨慎性维度得分呈正相关(r=0.078,P<0.01);对高危行为者的"反感"态度与协作性和谨慎性维度得分呈正相关(r=0.096和0.095,P<0.01)。结论:调查人群的个性特点主要倾向于外向、谨慎、非情绪化和保守。个性对育龄妇女生殖健康相关态度有重要影响,为今后的干预工作提供了有益的线索,值得进一步研究和运用。

Correlation between personality and reproductive health- related attitudes among married women in rural Anhui

Objective:To investigate the relationships between personality and reproductive health-related attitudes among married women in rural Anhui.Methods:A total of 1 398 married women under 50 were recruited using concise IPIP-NEO inventory tailed to local culture via rounds of field piloting.The questionnaire was administered by trained interviewers at the responders' household.1 221 completed questionnaires were collected.Results:The respondents got relatively high mean scores(>70)on both extraversion and caution,while they got relatively low scores(<55)on the dimension of neuroticism and openness to experience.The score of the attitudes disapproval of high risk behaviors was negatively related with extraversion and openness to experience(r=-0.063 and-0.092,P<0.01),and positively related with caution(r=0.078,P<0.01).The score of attitudes disapproval of people engaged in risk behaviors was positively related with agreeableness and caution(r=0.096 and 0.095,P<0.01).Conclusion:Statistically significant relationship is found between personality and reproductive health-related attitudes among married women in rural Anhui,suggesting that future interventions should take personality into account.
