| 摘 要： | 建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定多非利特中甲醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷、二噁烷和吡啶等5种有机溶剂的残留量.以环己烷为内标,采用SPB-5毛细管柱,程序升温.平均回收率为98.7%～101.2%. |

| Abstract: | A capillary GC method was established for the determination of residual organic solvents methanol, acetonitrile, dichloromethane, dioxane and pyridine in dofetilide with cyclohexane as the internal standard. A SPB-5 capillary column was used with temperature programmed control. The average recoveries were 98.7 % - 101.2%. |
