| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸结合推拿综合治疗面瘫的疗效。方法：将128例面瘫病人随机分为两组，观察组80例（针灸加推拿治疗），对照组48例（针灸治疗）。结果：两组疗效有显著差异（P〈0．05），观察组疗效优于对照组。结论：针灸加推拿综合治疗面瘫能产生协同作用，缩短病程并减少后遗症的发生，有较好的疗效。
