| 摘 要： | 目的比较肘关节创伤后及时康复与延迟康复对功能恢复的影响。方法选择创伤后7～30d行康复治疗的患者26例为及时康复组,创伤30d后行康复治疗的患者20例为延迟康复组。于系统康复前后行Mayo肘关节评分及关节活动度(ROM)评定。结果及时康复组Mayo评分明显优于延迟康复组(P<0.01),ROM评测优于延迟康复组(P<0.05)。结论肘关节创伤后应及时进行系统康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation for elbow joint dysfunction after trauma.Methods26 cases who accepted rehabilitation 7~30 d after trauma were determined as Group A,other 20 cases who accepted rehabilitation more than 30 d after trauma as Group B.They were evaluated with Mayo Elbow-Performance Score and range of motor(ROM)after systematic rehabilitation.ResultsThe scores of Mayo Elbow-Performance Score and the ROM were better in group A than in group B(P<0.05).ConclusionEarly rehabilitation is important for the elbow joint function recovery after trauma. |
