| 摘 要： | 目的:观察头孢哌酮与他唑巴坦联用后对临床分离的291株致病菌的体外抗菌活性。方法:采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定头孢哌酮钠/他唑巴坦钠(4∶1)对临床分离致病菌的体外抗菌活性,并与头孢哌酮、头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠(2∶1)和哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠(8∶1)进行比较。结果:头孢哌酮钠与他唑巴坦钠联用可不同程度地提高头孢哌酮钠单用的体外抗菌活性,与头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠(2∶1)的抗菌活性相似,略优于哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠(8∶1)的抗菌活性。结论:头孢哌酮钠/他唑巴坦钠(4∶1)有较强的抗菌活性,他唑巴坦增强了头孢哌酮对β-内酰胺酶的稳定性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of cefoperazone in combination with tazobactam against 211 strains of clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria.Methods The antibacterial activity of cefoperazone /tazobactam(4∶1) against 291 strains of clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria in vitro were detected by two fold agar dilution method and compared with cefoperazone, cefoperazone /sulbactam(2∶1) and piperacillin /tazobactam(8∶1). Results The antibacterial activity of cefoperazone in combination with tazobactam was superior to cefoperazone and piperacillin /tazobactam(8∶1),and similar to cefoperazone/sulbactam(2∶1). Conclusion The stability of cefoperazone /tazobactam(4∶1) to β-lactamases was improved and the antibacterial activity of cefoperazone were enhanced by tazobactam. |
