中西医结合治疗糖尿病足62例疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:治疗组62例采用中西医结合治疗,对照组50例采用西医常规治疗,分别观察两组治疗前后血糖、血脂、尿微量白蛋白、踝肱指数、溃疡愈合时间的变化情况。结果:治疗组在血糖、尿微量白蛋白水平的改善和溃疡愈合平均时间等方面均优于对照组(P<0.01),且两组治疗前后踝肱指数比较也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病足有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation on 62 Cases of Diabetic Foot Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on diabetic foot treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method:62 cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and 50 cases in the control group treated by routine western medicine.Changes of blood glucose,blood fat,urinary microalbumin,ankle brachial index and ulcer healing time were observed separately before and after treatment.Results:The improvements of blood glucose,urinary microalbumin and ulcer healing time in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).The improvements of ankle brachial index in the treatment group had significant difference as compared with that in the control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had good effect for treating diabetic foot.
