动态血压监测对老年高血压病的诊断价值及其临床意义

目的评价动态血压监测对老年高血压病的诊断价值。方法对56例诊所诊断的初发的老年高血压病患者以及62例诊所诊断正常血压偏高的老年人进行动态血压监测。结果诊所诊断为高血压病患者中有13例为白大衣高血压，占23．2％(13／56)。诊所诊断为正常血压偏高其中有11例为夜间高血压病患者，占17．7％(11／62)。结论老年高血压病患者中白大衣高血压发生率较高，血压正常的老年人中有部分患者为夜间高血压。

Diagnosis Value and Significance of Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring in the Elderly Hypertension

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring for the elderly hypertension.MethodsThe 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was in 56 elderly patients with clinically incipient hypertension and 62 elderly people with clinically high-normal blood pressure.ResultsIn 56 elderly patients with clinically incipient hypertension,there are 13 elderly peoples with white coat high blood pressure,and its proportion is 23.2% (13/56);while,there are 11 patients with the elevation of noclurnal blood pressure in 62 elderly people with clinically high-normal blood pressure,and its proportion is 17.7%(11/62).ConclusionsThere is high incidence of white coat high blood pressure in the patients with clinically incipient hytertension,and in the elderly peoples with clinically high-normal blood pressure,some are the patients with elevation of nocturnal blood pressure.
