| 摘 要： | 观察了复方莪术对荷瘤鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:复方莪术能明显提高荷瘤鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率,促进溶血素抗体的形成及T淋巴细胞增殖。明显降低荷瘤鼠血清中可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL—2R)水平(P<0.01),并呈量效关系。提示复方莪术可提高荷瘤鼠细胞免疫及体液免疫功能。

| Abstract: | This trail observed that compound zedoary affected to immune of tumor-bearing rats. Result of this trail showed: compound zedoary could increase the ability of phagocytosis of rhagiocrine cells of transplanted tumor mice and increase appearance of B lymphoid cells hymolysin antibody in transplanted tumor mice,as well as transition of T lyphoid cells in transplanted tumor mice. The trail showed that soluble interleukin 2 receptor levels in the serum tumor-bearing rats of the test group were lower than those of the control group,which showed dosage-effect terms. It could enhance function of cellular immunity and humored immunity. |
