摘    要:目的探讨Fas/FasL在肺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测60例肺癌组织、癌旁组织及20例正常肺组织的Fas/FasL的表达。结果Fas/FasL在肺癌组织中阳性表达率显著低于Fas/FasL在癌旁组织及正常肺组织中Fas/FasL表达率。Fas/FasL在非小细胞肺癌组织中阳性表达率显著低于Fas/FasL在小细胞肺癌中阳性表达率。Fas的阳性表达率与PTNM及淋巴结转移无明显相关,FasL的阳性表达率与PTNM及淋巴结转移明显相关。结论Fas/FasL在肺癌的发生和发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression and significance of Fas/FasL in lung cancers. Methods The expression of Fas/FasL were detected in 60 cases of lung cancer, the same cases of paracancer tissues of lung cancer and 20 cases of normal lung tissues by immunohistochemical method, and its correlations with clinical stages, pathological types, metastatic states of lymph nodes were studied. Results The rate of positive expression of Fas/FasL in the tissues of lung cancer was lower than it in paracancerous tissues and in normal lung tissues, It was significantly difference(P<0.05). The rate of positive expression of Fas and FasL is significantly lower in the tissues of NSCLS than those in the tissues of SCLS (P<0.05), and there are no significantly difference among the tissues of each types lung caner (P>0.05). The rate of positive expression of Fas is no significantly difference with PTNM and metastatic lymponode. The rate of positive expression of FasL is significantly positive relation with PTNM and metastatic lymponode. Conclusion These experimental results were suggested that Fas/FasL play an important roles in oncogenesis and progression of lung cancer.
