急性脑血管病肌酸激酶及其脑型同工酶活性变化

摘    要:用DEAE-sephadexA-50微型柱层析结合分光光度法测51例急性脑血管病(ACVD)和20例正常人血清和脑脊液(CSF)肌酸激酶(CK)及其脑型同工酶(CKBB)活性(统称CK活性)。结果发现:中风组CK活性显著高于正常组(P<0.001)。脑出血CK活性有高于脑梗塞的趋势。除血清中CK活性外,病程≤3d组CK活性高于>3d组(P<0.01)。病情重、病灶大者,CK活性较高。中风急性期,尤其病程3d内测血、CSF中CK活性有助于判断病灶大小及病情严重程度

Abstract:Creatine kinase brain band isoenzyme (CKBB) was separated from creatine kinase (CK) with Lon exchange microcolumn chlomatography of DEAE sephadex A 50 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 51 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD) and 20 in a control group, and their activity and CK (generally called CK activity) were determined. The results are as follows: The CK activity increased obviously in patients as compared with the control( P <0.01).The CK activity in patients with cerebral hemorrhage (CH) tended to be higher than that with cerebral ischemia (CI). The CK activity were higher in the group ≤3 d whose clinical course was no more than three days than the group >3 d except for the CK activity in serum ( P <0.01). The CK activity was higher in patients with the extent of bigger brain damage or the condition of severer neurological impairment. The author believes that the CK activity in serum and CSF of the patients with CVD during acute period, especially in three days of clinical course is helpful in evaluating the extent of brain damage and the condition of neurological impairment.
