| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颌骨口腔全景片和纵断体层片在埋伏牙诊断及定位中的应用价值。方法对72例埋伏牙采用颌骨牙列口腔全景片和纵断体层片进行投照定位,判断埋伏牙位置、牙根形态,从而确定治疗方案。结果颌骨牙列口腔全景片和纵断体层片相结合能够准确的定位埋伏牙,并能初步判断牙根形态。结论颌骨牙列口腔全景片和纵断体层片是互为补充的,可以准确的观察埋伏牙的形态及位置,是目前对埋伏牙较经济、有效的诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of orthopanotomography and tomography in treatment of the impacted teeth. Methods After 72 impacted teeth were localized with orthopanotomography and tomography,we chose the optimal treament. Results Orthopanotomography and tomography can relatively precisely demonstrate the position of the impacted teeth. Conclusions Orthopanotomography and tomography are complementary each other and can precisely localize the impacted teeth for the treatment,they are oeoecumenical and effectually. |
