肺炎支原体感染肺外损害临床分析

目的 了解肺炎支原体感染肺外损害的多样性,临床特征,以提高诊断、治疗水平.方法 对来院就诊的158例肺炎支原体感染有肺外损害患儿的临床表现、诊断治疗及预后进行回顾性分析.结果 肺炎支原体感染患儿占同期住院呼吸道感染患儿总数的27.94%.肺外损害占肺炎支原体感染患儿总数的25.82%,可累及全身各个系统,但以消化系统最多见41例,其次为循环系统32例、神经系统15例等.结论 小儿肺炎支原体肺外损害发生率较高,可累及全身各个系统,预后较好,肺炎支原体-IgM检测有助于早期诊断.

A clinical analysis of extrapulmonary lesions in mycoplasma pneumoniae infection of children

]Objective To investigate diversity,clinical characteristics of extrapulmonary lesions so as to improve diagnosis and treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).Methods The clinical manifestations,diagnosis and prognosis of 158 children with mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with extrapulmonary lesions admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection accounted for 27.94% of all children admitted in same period with respiratory tract infection,while the children with extrapulmonary lesions accounted for 25.82% of children with MP infection.Nearly all systems might be involved,but the most common one was digestive system(41 children),and the next one was circulatory system(32 children);and the extrapulmonary lesions were also seen in nervous system of 15 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Conclusion The incidence of extrapulmonary lesions in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is high,and almost all systems of the body could be involved.The prognosis of the disease is good.Early detection of MP-IgM is helpful for early diagnosis of the disease..
