初诊良性前列腺增生症患者的循证治疗

目的借助循证医学的方法为1例初诊良性前列腺增生症患者确定最佳的治疗目标和方案,以进一步指导临床治疗。方法在充分评估患者情况后,提出临床问题,文献资源来自维普期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、CcochraneLibrary、PubMed、Embase、ScienceDirect和Springer。检索时间截止至2009年。评价证据的质量和适用性,根据患者意愿制定治疗方案,并且随访患者。结果共检索出与不同问题相关的随机对照实验101篇,系统评价或meta分析41篇。通过对检索结果进行综合分析,为患者制定出合理治疗方案。结论采用循证医学治疗的方法,为初诊的良性前列腺增生症患者制定合理的治疗方案,可进一步指导临床治疗,提高治疗效果。

Evidence-based Treatment in Patients Newly Diagnosed with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

[Objective] With evidence-based medicine,to make the optimal therapeutic goal and plan for a patient who was newly diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia,guide the further clinic treatment.[Methods]After condition of patient was evaluated adequately,the clinical problems were put forward. The literatures were collected from VIP database,CBM,Ccochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,ScienceDirect and Springer. The research was performed until 2009. The quality and applicability of evidence were assessed. The therapeutic scheme was made according to patient＇s willingness,and patient was followed up.[Results]101 randomized controlled experiments related to different problems and 41 systematic reviews or meta analysis were identified. With comprehensive analysis for search results,the rational therapeutic scheme had been made.[Conclusion]The rational therapeutic scheme made with evidence-based medicine can guide the clinic treatment further and improve the curative effect of patient diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
