医务人员工作满意度影响因素研究进展

摘    要:医务人员工作满意度作为考核医院管理绩效的一项重要指标,目前逐渐受到管理人员与学者们的共同关注。由于研究的对象、目的和角度等的不同,研究者对工作满意度提出了不同的结论。对于工作满意度的定义,按研究的不同角度和目的可分为:综合型定义、期望差距定义、参考框架定义。关于工作满意度的理论,主要有:需要层次理论、双因素理论、公平理论、期望理论、工作特征理论。对于影响医务人员工作满意度的因素,基于不同的激励理论,得出的研究结论也各不相同。

Abstract:As an important indicator to assess hospital management performance,health workers' work satisfaction is gradually paid attention to by administrators and experts.For different subjects,objectives and points,researchers give different conclusions about work satisfaction.According to different objectives and points,the definitions of work satisfaction could be classified into comprehensive definition,expect gap definition and reference framework definition.The theories about work satisfaction include theory of need level,two-factor theory,equity theory,expectancy theory and work characteristic theory.For different incentive theories,the research conclusions about influential factors of health workers' work satisfaction also are different.
