| 摘 要： | 测定了５３例男性暴力性性犯罪罪犯血垂体促性腺激素ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ、血浆甾体类性激素睾酮、雌二醇、孕酮、双氢睾酮、脱氢表雄酮、雄燃二酮、１７－羟孕酮、唾液睾酮１０项激素指标和睾丸容积，并以同狱４２例非性犯罪男性罪犯为，现性犯罪组ＳＴ值比对照组明显增高，Ｅ２明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），两组间睾丸容积比较无显著性差异。

| Abstract: | 53 cases of jailed male sex offenders and 42 male non-sex ones in the same prison (control group) were investigated. In thesetwo groups the concentrations of LH and FSH in serum, testosterone (T), estradiol (E-2), progesterone,dihydrotestosterone,de-hydroepiandrosterone,androstenedione and 17-hydroprogesterone in plasma,testosterone in saliva (ST) were measured. The re-sults showed that, compared to the control group,ST was higher and E-2 was lower (P<0. 01) in the sex offenders group.It maybe considered that an endocrinological basis of male sex offending behavior exist.In addition,there was no statistical significance ofLH and FSH concentrations between the two groups,which suggested that there was an abnormal feed-back regulating mechanismof pituitary-testis axis in the male sex offenders. |
