| 摘 要： | 应用重氮胶乳凝集试验，检测登革热病人急性期血清标本５７份，同时与ＰＣＲ及病毒分离方法进行比较，结果显示，三种方法的检出率分别为７７．１９％，８０．７％和５６．１％乳凝和ＰＣＲ方法在病程１～１４ｄ均具有较高的检出率，而病毒分离方法的检出则限一地病程的一周以内，研究中也发现三种检测结果不一致的病例，并对其原因进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Diazotized latex agglutination (DLA), polymerase chain reaction and C6/36 virus isolation assay were adopted to detect dengue virus infection in 57 sera from the patients. The results indicated that the positive rates were 71. 19%, 80,7% and 56,14% respectively. It suggested that DLA should be a adaptable method for early diagnosis of dengue virus infection. |
