摘    要:对西藏亚西和之那地区采集的蜱,鸟,鼠和家畜血标本用BHK13细胞和1-3日龄乳小白鼠进行了病毒分离,共获得了17株病毒,对其中两株(T2066,T2076)病毒进行了初步鉴定,包括电镜形态观察,理化,生物学和免疫学性质试验。在9种已知的虫媒病毒及其标准免疫血清(SIN,CHIK,MAK,EEE,MVE,JBE,TBE,YF-17D,HFRS)和分离毒株的交互间接免疫荧光试验中,未发现血清学反应,用

Abstract:Yoxi and Zhila of the Tibet in the Southwest border line of China,the ecological factors of the localities sustain abundant populations of vertebrates and arthropods for shelter,development and survival. A great quantity of specimens of ticks,mice and birds from these spaces were collected. And 17 strain viruses came from the specimens,3 of them from the ticks, 1 strain from the birds and 13 strains from the mice. Primary identification for 2 strain viruses (No. 2066 from the birds and No. 2076 from the mice)among them have been made. The replication occurred in BHK-13 cells with CPE in 4 day. The mice infected with the viruses that affected the central nervous system and/or followed by death. The 2 strain viruses were examined by ultrathin sec-tion and negative contrast electron microscopy. The results of serologicol identification showed that the 2 strain viruses were not any antigenically related to 9 known arboviruses (SIN,CHIK, MAY,EEE,MVE,JBE,TBE,YF-17D,HFRS) by IF AT. And 188 sera samples of the local peo ple were detected by IF AT. The results showed that there were the 2 strain viruses antibodies in the sera samples. The positive rate were 26% (49/188 ). According to the studies mentioned above,it indicated that the isolated 2 strain viruses belonged to Reoviridae. So far as we know it may belong to arbovirus.
