Graves病病因与耶尔森菌免疫反应的关系

对不同甲状腺疾病患者和正常人应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）、免疫印迹法（Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ－ｂｌｏｔ）及四甲基偶氮唑盐（ＭＴＴ）比色分析法分别检测抗０：３、０：９血清型小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌（Ｙｅｒｓｉｎｉａｅｎｔｅｒｏｃｏｌｉｔｉｃａ，下简称耶氏菌）抗体、耶氏菌质粒释放蛋白（ＲＰｓ）抗体及外周血淋巴细胞对ＲＰｓ特异性转化反应。结果：Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病（ＧＤ）患者抗０：３血清型耶氏菌抗体及ＲＰｓ－Ａｂ阳性率均明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＧＤ患者淋巴细胞刺激指数明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。认为耶氏菌感染可能为ＧＤ发病病因之一。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GRAVES DISEASE AND YERSINIA ENTEROCOLITICA IN IMMUNOREACTION

The relationship between Graves disease(GD)and Yersinia Enterocolitica(YE)in immunoreaction was assessed.Among pa-tients with different kinds of thyroid disorders and healthy subjects,antibodies to YE(serotypes 0:3 and 0:9),antibodies to re-leased proteins(RPs)from YE(RPs-Ab)and peripheral blood lymphocytic reactivity to RPs were measured by ELLSA,Western-blot and MTT methods respectively. The results showed that the incidence of antibodies to YE serotype 0:3 and RPs-Ab was sig-nificantly higher in GD patients than in healthy controls,and the level of lymphocytic reactivity to RPs was also higher in GD pa-tients.These findings suggested that a potential pathogenic link between GD and YE may be one of the factors for the deveIopmentof GD in some patients.
