检测骨质疏松方法的比较

摘    要:
应用单光束国产骨密度仪测定正常人左前臂骨矿物质含量、骨皮质厚度并由此计算参数,分析了这些参数与年龄的相关性。结果表明,直接测量骨小梁间隙最能反应骨量与年龄的相关,因而,它可能是检测骨质疏松最敏感的参数。

Abstract:
With single photon absortiometry(SPA)bone densitometer,201 normal Chinese volunteers were involved in the study of bonemineral content and cortical width of the right forearm. Also,the correlation analyses were made between these data and the age.The lumbar X-ray films were evaluated with MOP-Videoplan in 70 normal Chinese subjects to measure the area, perimeter and di-ameter of each vertebra. Besides these,bone morphometric study was Carried out on iliac trabeculae of 49 subjects died in accident,to derive the static parameters.The data suggest that the direct measurement of trabecular spacing might be the most reliable pa-rameter to detect the early osteoporosis.
