幽门螺杆菌内毒素的化学组成和结构的初步分析

幽门螺杆菌内毒素的主要化学成份为糖类和脂类,其戊糖、己糖、庚糖和氨基糖的含量分别为13.2％、25.6％、9.3％和5.2％(w/w)。幽门螺杆菌内毒素中所含的2—酮—3—脱氧—D—甘露糖—辛酮糖酸(KDO)含量高达7.2％(W/W)。该内毒素的红外光谱和超微结构与大肠杆菌内毒素十分相似。电镜下,幽门螺杆菌内毒素呈细长的条索状结构。实验结果表明,幽门螺杆菌内毒素的化学组成和超微结构与大肠杆菌内毒素基本相同。

Preliminary Analyses on the Chemical Compositions and Ultrastructure of the Endotoxin of Helicobater Pylori

The endotoxin of Helicobacter pylori was mainly composed of sugars and lipids. The contents of pen-tose , hexose, heptose and amino Sugars in the endotoxin were 13.2%, 25. 6% , 9. 3% and 5. 2% respectively. The content of KDO in the endotoxin was 7. 2%. The infra-red spectrum and ultrastructure of the endotoxin were much similar to that and ultrastructure of the endotoxin of E. coli. Under electron micro-scope, the results showed that the common chemical compositions and the ultrastructure of the endotoxin of H. pylori were generally similar to those of the endotoxin of E. coli.
