| 摘 要： | 用７种抗生素对４４株临床分离的幽门螺杆菌（Ｈ．ｐ）进行耐药性研究，并对其中１９株Ｈ．ｐ进行质粒检测，发现Ｈ．ｐ对氨苄青霉素及痢特灵敏感，对庆大，氟哌酸等５种抗生不同程度耐药现象，质粒检出率为３１．６％，质粒与本试验所用抗菌素耐药性无关，研究还发现亚抑菌浓度抗生素可引起Ｈ．ｐ发生球形变，本文对Ｈ．ｐ的球形变现象及其与耐药性关系进行探讨。

| Abstract: | In this study, 44 H. pylori strains were isolated from fresh gastric biopsy specimens for their plasmids and drug-resistance to seven antibiotics. The results showed that H. pylori were sensitive to Ampicillin and Furazolidone, while resistant to other five antibiotics at various degrees. Plasmids were detected in 6 out of 19 H. pylori strains (31% ), and relative analysis revealed that plasmid was not associated with drug-resistance. In addition. H. pylori turned to coc-coid form after incubation on agar containing sub-MIC of antibiotic. The author also discussed the relationship between coccoid H. pylori and drug-resistance. |
