锂诱发甲状腺功能减退的机制研究

摘    要:对锂诱发甲状腺功能减退的机制进行了研究。结果表明5mmol/L氯化锂对甲状腺细胞内TSH刺激的cAMP累积有抑制作用(P<0.005),对TSH引起甲状腺细胞内游离钙升高反应亦有抑制作用(P<0.01)。提示锂可能抑制甲状腺细胞内腺苷酸环化酶-cAMP和钙两种主要信号途径,导致甲状腺功能减退。

Abstract:The mechanism of lithium-induced hypothyroidism was studied.The effect of lithium on thyroid cells resulted in significant inhi-bition of agonist-stimulated cAMP accumulation. The inhibition was dose-dependent for lithium. The reaction of TSH-induced in-crease in intracellular free calcium in thyroid cells was also inhibited by lithium. The results suggested that the lithium-induced hy-pothyroidism might be caused by the inhibitory effects of lithium on the principal Intracellular signalling pathways(the adenylate cy-clase-cAMP signalling pathway and the calcium signalling pathway)in thyroid cells.
