| 摘 要： | 对比剂肾病的预防是介入诊疗界研究的热门课题。对比剂肾病目前尚无有效治疗措施,对于存在高危因素的患者,在进行介入治疗时采取必要的预防策略显得尤为重要。本文就介入治疗围手术期如何降低对比剂肾病的发生进行讨论。

| Abstract: | Contrast induced nephropathy(CIN) is one of the hot topics that has attracted a lot of attention in the field of interventional radiology.There are no effective therapeutic measures to deal with CIN so far.For patients with high risk,the use of various perioperative measures for the prevention of contrast induced nephropathy is very important when iodinate contrast medium is used during the performance of interventional procedures.This paper aims to introduce the main preventive measures which can be employed in perioperative period and to discuss the prevention strategy in order to lower the occurrence of CIN. |
