老年人急性胆囊炎的腹腔镜治疗体会

目的总结急性胆囊炎老年患者电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术的治疗经验。方法对2004年3月-2006年3月46例老年患者急性胆囊炎的LC临床资料进行回顾分析。结果46例急性胆囊炎中44例LC成功,平均住院日5天,2例因炎症粘连明显中转开腹。全组无严重并发症。结论老年人急性胆囊炎病情进展快,常合并高血压、糖尿病等内科疾病;只要应用合理方案及手术技巧,LC治疗是安全有效的,且可缩短患者的住院时间及减少并发症发生。

Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Aged Patients with Acute Cholecystitis

Objective To evaluate the surgical management of aged acute cholecystitis by laparoscope cholecystectomy(LC).Methods Clinical data of 46 aged patients with acute cholecystitis had undergone LC in our hospital from March,2004 to March,2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 44 patients were performed by LC successfully, time of hospitalization was 5 d,two patients underwent laparotomy because of adhesion.There was no serious complications.Conclusion Aged acute cholecystitis progresses rapidly,and most patients were associated with medical disorders such as hypertension,diabetes and so on;if we can use reasonable program and technical skills,LC is safe and effective for the aged patients with acute cholecystitis,and it can provide shorter hospitalization and reduce the rate of complications.
