不同产地、不同炮制品知母中菝葜皂苷元含量的比较研究

目的：比较不同产地、不同炮制品知母中主要药效成分菝荚皂苷元含量。方法：以菝葜皂苷元含量为指标对不同产地、不同炮制品知母进行含量测定。结果：各产地知母中菝葜皂苷元的含量差别较大，经盐炙后菝葜皂苷元含量无明显差异。结论：山西产的知母中菝葜皂苷元含量最高；以菝葜皂苷元为主要治疗成分时，使用生品、盐炙品均可。

Comparative Studies on Contents of Sarsasapogenin among Radix Anemarrhenae from Different Sources and Processings

Objective： To review variety of sarsasapogenin in Radix Anemarrhenae of different sources and different processed products. Method： HPLC-ELSD was used to determine sarsasapogenin in Radix Anemarrhenae. Result： The distinction of sarsasapogenin in Radix Anemarrhenae of different sources was obvious. The sarsasapogenin content was not obviously increased after processing. Conclusion： Radix Anemarrhenae of Shanxi Province has the highest sarsasapogenin content. And it is suggested that both the raw drugs and the stir-heating drugs with salt solution processed could be used when sarsasapogenin is used as the mainly therapeutic component.
