母血,羊水中IL—6和IL—8水平与绒毛羊膜炎关系的研究

目的探讨ＩＬ－６和ＩＬ－８在监测胎膜早破中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验对４６例胎膜早破孕妇母血清、羊水中ＩＬ－６和ＩＬ－８水平进行监测，并以正常足月妊娠孕妇２０例做对照组。结果胎膜早破孕妇母血清中ＩＬ－６、８和羊水中ＩＬ－６、８水平均较正常足月妊娠组高，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１；Ｐ＜０．０５）；随着破膜时间延长母血中ＩＬ－６、８和羊水中ＩＬ－６、８有增加趋势；绒毛羊膜炎患者１３例，其母血、羊水中ＩＬ－６和ＩＬ－８水平均明显高于非绒毛羊膜炎患者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论测定胎膜早破孕妇羊水ＩＬ－６和ＩＬ－８水平对识别绒毛羊膜炎起辅助诊断作用。

Study of relationship between IL 6,IL 8 levels in maternal serum and amniotic fluid and chorioamnionitis

Objective To study the role of IL 6 and IL 8 levels in determining patients with premature rupture of membranes(PROM).Methods The 20 normal term pregnant women as control,46 patients with PROM were enrolled for study.IL 6 and IL 8 levels in maternal serum and aminotic fluid were detected by an enzamelabded immnosorbentassay.Results IL 6,IL 8 levels of the maternal serum and amniotic fluid were higher than those of control;there were significant differences(P<0 05,P<0 01).IL 6 and IL 8 levels of maternal serum and amniotic fluid increased with prolonging time for PROM.There were 13 patients with chioroamnionitis in 46 PROM,and then their IL 6,IL 8 levels of maternal serum and amniotic fluid were higher than those of non chorioamniotinis(P<0 05).Conclusion IL 6 and IL 8 levels are valuble clinical index for identificating the chorioamnionitis in patients with PROM.
