| 摘 要： | 62例正常人按年龄分为四组,分析其经二尖瓣和主动脉瓣口血流多普勒频谱,二尖瓣E波峰速随年龄增长而减低,A波峰速随年龄增长而增高,A/E比值随年龄增长而增大。两维和多普勒方法测得的二尖瓣口面积有显著相关性(r=0.809,P<0.001)。多普勒测定主动脉瓣口排血量的正常值为5.19±0.27L/min。多普勒超声心动图可为心脏舒张和收宿功能提供方便、迅速和准确的无创性检查。

| Abstract: | Spectral analyses of blood flow in mitral and aortic valves were performed in 62 normal subjects, divided into age groups, peak velocity of mitral E wave decreased and A wave increased as age progressed. A/E ratio also increased with progress of ages. Mitral areas measured by two-dimensional echocardiography and Doppler were closely related (r=0.809, P<0.001). Doppler echocardiography provides a noninvasive method for measuring the cardiac systolic and diastolic function in a quick and aoculate way. |
