摘    要:目的:通过肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、N末端脑利钠肽前体(NT?proBNP)以及降钙素原(PCT)定量检测对UPT?3A型上转发光免疫分析仪进行性能评价。方法收集临床血清标本,通过测定cTnI、NT?proBNP、PCT三个项目,分别进行精密度、准确度、线性范围分析及对三个项目进行生物参考区间验证。结果该分析仪的精密度、准确度、线性范围、参考区间均在仪器的允许范围之内。结论 UPT?3A型上转发光免疫分析仪检测结果准确可靠,精密度好,线性良好,符合相应的参考区间。主要性能基本符合质量目标要求,能够满足现有临床需要。

The performance evaluation of UPT-3A immunoassay analyzer
Abstract:Objective By detection of the troponin I (cTnI) and N terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT?proBNP) and procalcitonin ( PCT) to evaluate the performance of type UPT?3A chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. Methods The clinical serum samples were collected, and the precision, accuracy and linear range of the three items were determined by cTnI, NT?proBNP and PCT, and the biological reference interval of the three items was tested. Results The precision, accuracy, linear range and refer?ence interval of the analyzer were within the allowable range of the instrument. Conclusion The results of UPT?3A type up conversion immunoassay analyzer are accurate and reliable, and the precision is good. The main performance is basically in accordance with the re?quirements of the quality objectives, and can meet the needs of the existing clinical.
