| 摘 要： | 为探求多房室旁道的体表心电图诊断线索,研究152例预激综合征中经开胸心外膜标测证实的12例多房室旁道12导联心电图。其诊断线索有:(1)窦性心律时V_1、V_2导联呈特殊QRS波形(rsR′、RR′和qrS型);δ向量和QRS波综合向量呈非一致性形,同一导联两种心室预激图形交替。(2)房扑、房颤时出现一种以上的预激图形。(3)逆向房室折返心动过速时δ向量和窦性心律的δ向量完全不同。
