摘    要:应用经典玻璃微电极方法研究不同细胞外钾离子浓度下奎尼丁及二氢奎尼丁对动作电位复极90%时程(APD_(90)、0相最大除极速率(V_(max)的作用,以比较两者细胞电生理作用的区别,为临床用药提供理论依据。实验证明:无论低钾或高钾,奎尼丁及二氢奎尼丁均使APD_(90)延长,低钾时APD_(90)延长更明显,但在高钾环境下,二氢奎尼丁延长APD_(90)的作用弱于奎尼丁。细胞外钾离子基本不影响两药对V_(max)的抑制。

Abstract:In investigation of influence of extracellular potassium on effects of quinidine (Q) and dihydroquinidine (DHQ) on APD90, Vmax was studied by means of conventional microelectrode technique in order to compare electrophysiologic effects of the two drugs and to provide theoretical basis for clinical therapy. It has come to conclusion that under perfusion with either low or high potassium, APD90 was prolonged by both Q and DHQ. Prolongation of APD90 was more evident under low potassium, but effect of DHQ on prolongation of APD90 was weaker than that of Q under high potassium. Extracellular potassium on hardly exerted any effect on decrease of Vmax induced by two drugs.
