广东潮汕地区481例眼外伤患者的临床分析

目的：分析广东潮汕地区眼外伤的流行病学特征并探讨眼外伤的防范措施。方法：对2004年1月至2008年12月因眼外伤于我院就诊的481例患者的病例资料进行回顾性研究,分析眼外伤患者的性别、年龄、职业、致伤原因及类型的分布特征。结果：共收集眼外伤481例共493眼,其中男性患者多于女性（4.24：1）,患病年龄多为10-40岁,工人、学生及农民为最常见的职业,致伤原因多为爆炸、金属异物和拳脚击伤,眼外伤类型多为眼球钝挫伤和穿通伤。结论：眼外伤为广东潮汕地区眼科常见病,应根据该地区眼外伤流行病学情况制订相应的预防措施。

Clinical Analysis of 481 Patients with Ocular Trauma in Chaoshan District

Objective： To analyze the epidemiologic feature of ocular trauma in Chaoshan district, and explore the prophylactic measure. Method： The patients with ocular trauma between Jan. 2004 and Dec. 2008 were selected for the present retrospectivly research, and the characters of gender, age, profession, accident reason and traumatic type were gradually analyzed. Result： 493 eyes in 481 patients were included in this retrospective research, male were more than female, most of the patients were between 10 -40 years old. worker, student and farmer were the most common professions, explosive injury was the most common accident reason and ocular blunt trauma was the most common traumatic type. Conclusion： Ocular trauma was a common disease in Chaoshan district, and the prophylactic measure should be made according to its epidemiologic feature.
