改良地西泮负荷疗法治疗震颤谵妄对照研究

目的:探讨改良地西泮负荷疗法对酒精戒断性震颤谵妄的临床疗效。方法:将60例酒精戒断性震颤谵妄患者随机分成改良地西泮负荷疗法治疗(地西泮组)和氟哌啶醇治疗(氟哌啶醇组),每组各30例。采用酒精戒断综合征评定量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)评定疗效。结果:地西泮组戒断综合征评定量表和CGI在治疗第3天、第5天和第7天时的评分显著低于氟哌啶醇组,而且SDS、SAS在治疗第5天和第7天评分也显著低于氟哌啶醇组。结论:改良地西泮负荷疗法治疗酒精戒断性震颤谵妄安全有效。

A comparison study of modifying diazepam loading therapy in the treatment of delirium tremble

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modifying diazepam loading therapy in the treatment of delirium tremble due to alcohol withdrawal.Method:60 patients with delirium tremble due to alcohol withdrawal were randomly divided into modifying diazepam loading therapy(diazepam group,n=30)and haloperidol group(haloperidol group,n=30).The efficacy was evaluated by alcohol withdrawal syndrome assessment scale,self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and clinical global impression(CGI).Results:The total scores of alcohol withdrawal syndrome assessment scale and CGI in diazepam group were significantly lower than that in haloperidol group after treatment 3,5 and 7 days,and the total scales of SDS and SAS were also significantly lower than that in haloperidol group after treatment 5 and 7 days.Conclusion:Modifying diazepam loading therapy is safe and effective for the treatment of delirium tremble due to alcohol withdrawal.
