233例癌症病人生活质量的调查研究

［目的］研究影响癌症病人生活质量的因素。［方法］采用自编的癌症病人生活质量的调查表对杭州市233名肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌病人的生活质量进行问卷调查，用生活质量综合得分作为生活质量评价指标，并用生活质量综合得分的P10、P25、P75、P90制定评价标准。［结果］Pearsons相关分析结果表明本调查表的各项目对生活质量鉴别能力较好，该样本癌症病人生活质量综合得分处于中等水平，病人生活质量与年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻、经济状况关系密切，有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。［结论］用本调查问卷及所制订的评价标准找出生活质量较差者，特别是对于男性、60岁以上老年人、文化程度低、婚姻状况不佳、家庭经济状况较差的这部分重点人群应予以健康教育，缓解他们的心理压力，并采取一些措施，以求提高其生活质量。

A Research on Quality of life in 233 Patients with Cancer

[Purpose] To study the influent factors of quality of life QOL for patients with cancer. [methods] Two hundred and thirty - three patients with lung, gastric and breast cancers were investigated by the author designed questionaire. QOL was evaluated by comprehensive score , such as P10, P25, P75, P90. [Results]Pearsons correlative analysis showed that the items of the scale can distinguish QOL. The total score of QOL for the patients with cancer in this sample situated in moderate level. The patient's QOL closely associated with the age, sex, education, marriage, economic status.[Conclusion]Lower QOL patients could be screened out by this questionaire. Health education should be carried out to relieve their mental pressure.
