癌症患者性功能障碍的初步调查

目的]初步了解癌症患者性功能障碍的发生情况，调查患者对性生活的认知状况；为以后深入探讨其相关因素．进一步提高癌症患者的生活质量做准备。方法]以统一的自制问卷，对122例患各类癌症的康复期患者进行了性功能状况的问卷调查，结果]在所有被调查患者中．不论男性还是女性其患癌症后性功能障碍的发生率明显高于患癌症前；其中男性55岁-64岁组、女性45岁以下组及45岁～54岁组患癌后性功能障碍发生率显著高于患癌前，在36名病后无性功能障碍的患者中，64％的患者性交频率明显较病前少。67．2％的患者不认为性生活是其生活中的重要内容，83．2％的患者患癌症后对性生活的兴趣降低．认为性生活妨碍其康复的患者占51.3％，65。4％的患者认为针对癌症的治疗对其性功能产生了不良影响。结论]癌症患者治疗后性功能普遍受到不良影响，性功能障碍发生率显著增加；在我国．癌症患者中广泛存在对性生活的错误认知，这可能是导致性功能障碍的心理原因之一。

Preliminary Investigation of Cancer Patients with Sexual Dysfunction

Purpose]To explore sexual dysfunction among cancer patients and their perceptions about sex. This is the basis for later research on related factors of sexual dysfunction among cancer patints, and also very iportant for improving the quality of life of cancer peients. Methodds]Using a self-designed questionnaire , we investigate the sexual function 0f 122 cancer paients currently in their rehabilitation period, these patients suffered from various kinds of cancer. Results]In all respondents, no matter male or female, the incidence of the sexual dysfunction was higher than that of suffering from cancer before. In male 55 ~ 64 years old group, female groups younger than 45 years old and 45 ~ 54 years old, the incidences of sexual dysfunction were significantly higher than that of before cancer.The frequently of sexual activity deceased in 64% of the 36 patients who did not suffer from sexual dysfunction after cancer. Among all respondents 67. 25% did no think sexual activity was an important element of their life. The interest to sexual activity after cancer suffering were reduced in 83. 2% of the patients. Sexual activity had negative effect on their rehabilitation in 51 .3%. Believing cancer treatments had harmful effect on their sexual function in 65. 4%. Conclusion] The sexual function of cancer patients are greatly inhibited by cancer treatment, the incidence of the sexual dysfunction is significantly higher than that of before cancer.Wrong perceptions about sex exists widely among cancer patients in China. It maybe one of the psychological factors causing the sexual dysfunction among cancer patients.
