| 摘 要： | 自１９９２年起采用Ｂ超定位下经皮肾穿刺注射酒精治疗肾囊肿４８例，随访１月至２年，囊完全消失无复发，且无明显并发症，此方法简单，创伤小。具有可反复穿刺，治愈率高，病人易于接受等优点。

| Abstract: | Since 1992, 48 cases of renal cysts have been treated with percutaneous aspiration and 95 % alcohol injection under ultrasound guidance. All the cases have been followed up by ultrasonography for one month to two years after treatment. There was neither reccurrence nor complication. |
