改良凝集试验(MAT)与间接血凝试验(IHAT)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测弓形虫抗体的比较分析

摘    要:为了评价用于检测弓形虫抗体的改良凝集试验 (MAT)、用MAT、间接血凝试验 (IHAT)、酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)对动物和人的血清进行检测 ,比较阳性检出率与符合率 ,并对检测的结果进行统计分析。结果显示 :MAT和IHAT、MAT与ELISA检测动物和人血清的阳性检出率都无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。MAT与IHAT检测动物血清的总符合率为 78 7% (5 9 75 ) ,检测人血清的总符合率为 81 6 % (71 87) ;MAT与ELISA检测动物血清的总符合率为 74 0 % (5 4 73) ,检测人血清的总符合率为 79 3 % (6 9 87)。应用配对资料卡方检验分析显示 :MAT与IHAT、MAT与ELISA检测的结果一致。因此 ,检测弓形虫抗体的MAT与IHAT和ELISA具有良好的符合性 ,这 3种方法都能用于弓形虫抗体的常规普筛和血清流行病学研究。

Abstract:Modified agglutination test (MAT) was evaluated by comparing it with indirect haemagglutination test(IHAT) and ELISA for detecting antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii after animal and human serum samples.weeyed.No significant statistical difference was found among positive rates of three tests( P >0 05).Corresponding rate was 78 7%(59/75) for animal samples and 81 6%(71/87) for human samples between MAT and IHAT,74 0%(54/73)for animal samples and 79 3%(69/87) for human samples between MAT and ELISA.Statistical analysis showed that the results of the MAT were consistent with those of IHAT and ELISA.The detection efficiency of the MAT proved to be of good agreement with IHAT and ELISA.The three tests could be used for conventional screening and spidemiological research of Toxoplasma gondii infection.
