| 摘 要： | 目的 观察益气养阴解毒法治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 选择急性病毒性心肌炎门诊及住院患者60例，随机分为治疗组40例，对照组20例，治疗组采用益气养阴解毒方药，配合西医治疗，对照组采用西医常规治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率95％，对照组总有效率65％，且两组总疗效差异有显著性（P〈0．05），两组临床症状、心电图疗效差异有显著性，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 益气养阴解毒法治疗急性病毒性心肌炎有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of antidotismus therapeutica by supplementing qi and nourishing yin in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis.Methods 60 outpatients and inpatients with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into therapeutic group(40 cases) and control group(20 cases).The therapeutic group were treated with antidotimus therapeutica by supplementing qi and nourishing yin coordinated with western medicine.The control group adopted conventional western medicine therapy.Results The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 95%,and of the control group was 65%.And the difference of the total effect of the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The differences of clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram(ECG) were significant with the therapeutic group obviously superior to the control group.Conclusion Antidotismus therapeutica by supplementing qi and nourishing yin has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis. |
