| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法：51例采用重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折，术后随访平均11．5个月（9-13个月）。结果：骨折愈合良好无畸形，肩关节活动正常。结论：重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折，骨折愈合良好，肩关节活动正常，并发症少，是锁骨中段骨折较理想的治疗方法。
