76例乳腺癌治疗的回顾性分析

目的：探讨76例乳腺癌的临床治疗。方法：对2000年3月-2004年3月我院76例行手术治疗的乳腺癌病人临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：76例乳腺癌病人根据术前临床分期选择手术治疗方案，根据术后病理分期选择综合治疗方案，并追踪随访至今。局部复发率是3．9％，远处转移率是1．3％。结论：应用合理有序的治疗方案可进一步提高乳腺癌疗效。

A Retrospective Analysis of the Comprehensive Treatment Plan in 76 Patients with Breast Carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the comprehensive treatment plan of the patients with breast carcinoma. Methods: The clinical data of 76 patients with breast carcinoma treated by surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results: According to the staging of clinic and pathology, all patients underwent the surgical treatment and the postoperation comprehensive therapy. The rate of recurrence was 3. 9% and the rate of metastasis was 1.3% during the follow-up for 1-3 years. Conclusion:The rational and scientific comprehensive treatment plan was important to prolong survival time of the patients with breast carcinoma.
