| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的变化。方法CHF患者15例,正常对照组15例,采用Luminex液相芯片分析平台测定血清MMP-3及MMP-9的含量。结果CHF患者血清MMP-3,MMP-9的含量比正常对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论CHF患者血清MMP-3,MMP-9含量增高,与心室重构有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change of serum matrix metalloproteinase in patients of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF)with Liquichip.Methods MMP-3 and MMP-9 were measured in sera of 15 cases of CHF patients and 15 normal controls with Luminex liquichip.Results Serum MMP-3 and MMP-9 in patients of CHF were significantly higher than normal control(P<0.05).Conclusion The concentrations of serum MMP-3 and MMP-9 in patients of CHF is higher and is associated with ventricular remodeling. |
